Mouse CDH17 Protein, His Tag
Description :Recombinant mouse CDH17 protein with C-terminal6Ã-His tagBackground : Enables proton-dependent oligopeptide secondary active transmembrane transporter activity. Involved in germinal center B cell differentiation; marginal zone B cell differentiation; and spleen development. Acts upstream of or within calcium-dependent cell-cell adhesion via plasma membrane cell adhesion molecules; homophilic cell adhesion via plasma membrane adhesion molecules; and oligopeptide transport. Located in cell surface and plasma membrane. Is expressed in several structures, including common bile duct; gut; spleen; trunk; and urogenital sinus. Orthologous to human CDH17 (cadherin 17) . Molecular Characterization: mass of 85.1 kDa after removal of the signal peptide. The apparent molecular mass of mCDH17-His is approximately 70-130 kDa due to glycosylation.Tag :C-6×His Tag
