Human C9 Protein, His Tag
Description :Recombinant human C9 Protein with C-terminal6Ã-His tagBackground : This gene encodes the final component of the complement system. It participates in the formation of the Membrane Attack Complex (MAC) . The MAC assembles on bacterial membranes to form a pore, permitting disruption of bacterial membrane organization. Mutations in this gene cause component C9 deficiency. Molecular Characterization: mass of 61.8 kDa after removal of the signal peptide. The apparent molecular mass of C9-His is approximately 55-70 kDa due to glycosylation.Tag :C-6×His tag
