Human DLL3 (176-215) Protein, hFc Tag

Description :Recombinant human DLL3 (176-215) Protein with C-terminal human Fc tagBackground : This gene encodes a member of the delta protein ligand family. This family functions as Notch ligands that are characterized by a DSL domain, EGF repeats, and a transmembrane domain. Mutations in this gene cause autosomal recessive spondylocostal dysostosis 1. Two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene. Molecular Characterization: mass of 30.4 kDa after removal of the signal peptide. The apparent molecular mass of DLL3 (176-215) -hFc is approximately 25-35 kDa due to glycosylation.Tag :C-Human Fc tag
