Recombinant Human FCGR3B Protein, hFc Tag
Molecular Characterization: FCGR3B (Gly17-Ile199) hFc (Glu99-Ala330) Molecular weight: The protein has a predicted molecular mass of 46.9 kDa after removal of the signal peptide. The apparent molecular mass of FCGR3B-hFc is approximately 55-100 kDa due to glycosylation.Description: Recombinant Human FCGR3B Protein with C-terminal human Fc tagThe protein encoded by this gene is a low affinity receptor for the Fc region of gamma immunoglobulins (IgG) . The encoded protein acts as a monomer and can bind either monomeric or aggregated IgG. This gene may function to capture immune complexes in the peripheral circulation. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. A highly-similar gene encoding a related protein is also found on chromosome 1.
