Recombinant human Myeloblastin protein with C-terminal human Fc tag
Expression Host : HEK293 The protein has a predicted molecular mass of 49.8 kDa after removal of the signal peptide. Polymorphonuclear leukocyte serine protease that degrades elastin, fibronectin, laminin, vitronectin, and collagen types I, III, and IV (in vitro) and causes emphysema when administered by tracheal insufflation to hamsters.
