Recombinant human ICOS protein with C-terminal human Fc tag

Expression Host : HEK293 The protein has a predicted molecular mass of 39.7 kDa after removal of the signal peptide. The apparent molecular mass of ICOS-hFc is approximately 55 kDa due to glycosylation. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the CD28 and CTLA-4 cell-surface receptor family. It forms homodimers and plays an important role in cell-cell signaling, immune responses, and regulation of cell proliferation.
