Recombinant human B7-H2 protein with C-terminal mouse Fc and6Ã-His tag
Expression Host : HEK293 The protein has a predicted molecular mass of 53.9 kDa after removal of the signal peptide. Inducible co-stimulator ligand (ICOSL), also known as B7-H2, is a member of the B7 family of co-stimulatory molecules related to B7-1 and B7-2.The protein is the ligand for the T-cell-specific cell surface receptor ICOS. Acts as a costimulatory signal for T-cell proliferation and cytokine secretion; induces also B-cell proliferation and differentiation into plasma cells. Could play an important role in mediating local tissue responses to inflammatory conditions, as well as in modulating the secondary immune response by co-stimulating memory T-cell function.
