Isoflavone reductases are plant defense proteins which induced by plant stress, e.g. high salinity, freeze or drought.Recombinant BETV6.0102 produced in SF9 is a glycosylated, polypeptide chain having a calculated molecular mass of 36,636 Dalton. BETV6.0102 is expressed with a 10xHis tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
