Among the diseases which are associated with HSPB6: Cerebral hemorrhage and Cerebral amyloid angiopathy.HSPB6 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 184 amino acids (1-160 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 19.7kDa. HSPB6 is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
