TUBG1 Human, Sf9
Source: Sf9, Insect cells.Sterile Filtered colorless solution.TUBG1 belongs to the tubulin superfamily. TUBG1 localizes to the centrosome and binds to microtubules to create the gamma-tubulin ring complex. TUBG1 facilitates the microtubule nucleation and is essential for microtubule formation and progression of the cell cycle.TUBG1 produced in Sf9 Insect cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 457 amino acids (1-451 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 51.9kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 50-70kDa) . TUBG1 is expressed with a 6 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
