SIGLEC5 Human
Source: Sf9, Baculovirus cells.Sterile Filtered colorless solution.Sialic Acid Binding Ig Like Lectin 5, also known as SIGLEC5 is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and SIGLEC family. SIGLEC5 contains of 2 Ig-like C2-type domains and 1 Ig-like V-type domain. In addition, SIGLEC5 is expressed by monocytic/myeloid lineage cells. SIGLEC5 is expressed at high levels in peripheral blood leukocytes, spleen, and at lower levels in lymph node, appendix, pancreas, lung, and thymus.SIGLEC5 Human Recombinant produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 667 amino acids (17-441a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 74.2kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 70-100kDa) . SIGLEC5 is expressed with a 239 amino acid hIgG-His Tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
