NME1 Human, Active
Source: E.coli.Sterile Filtered colorless solution.Non-metastatic cells 1 or NME1 is a protein, found at first as a suppressor gene for candidate metastasis. The protein can be found in various types of tumor, potential of metastatic may increase or decrease as the proteinâ€TMs levels changes. When the proteinâ€TMs concentration is low, an aggressive carcinoma (colon, breast, gastric and melanoma) appears. High levels of NME1 have been linked to advanced thyroid cancer.NME1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 152 amino acids (1-152 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 17.1kDa.
