Source: Escherichia Coli.Sterile Filtered colorless solution.Mesoderm development candidate 2 (MESDC2) is required for formation of the primitive streak and mesoderm during embryogenesis. MESDC2 binds to the Wnt co-receptors LRP5 and LRP6 in the endoplasmic reticulum and is required for their proper folding and cell surface expression.MESDC2 Mouse Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 218 amino acids (30-224 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 24.4kDa. MESDC2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
