In schizophrenic patients, higher levels are detected in the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex as compared to control patients.KIAA0513 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 424 amino acids (1-401 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 47.9kDa.KIAA0513 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
