Source: Sf9, Baculovirus cells.Sterile Filtered colorless solution.ICAM-3/CD50, or CD50 or Cluster of Differentiation 50 is a protein, part of the intercellular adhesion molecule superfamily. every ICAM peptides are type I transmembrane glycoproteins, bind to leukocyte adhesion LFA-1 & has 2-9 immunoglobulinlike C2-type domains. ICAM-3/CD50 can be found in every leukocyte and acts as a crucial ligand for LFA-1 in the start of the immune system response. ICAM-3/CD50 acts as an adhesion molecule and is also a potent signaling protein.ICAM3 Human Recombinant produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 698 amino acids (30-485 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 76.7kDa.ICAM3 is fused to a 242 amino acid hIgG-His-Tag at C-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

The ICAM3 solution (0.25mg/1ml) contains Phosphate-Buffered Saline (pH 7.4) and 10% glycerol.

Storage Conditions

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
