GNG12 Human
Source: Escherichia Coli.Sterile Filtered colorless solution.Guanine Nucleotide Binding Protein Gamma 12, also known as GNG12 belongs to the Guanine nucleotide-binding proteins (G proteins) which are involved as a modulator or transducer in a variety of transmembrane signaling systems. In addition, the beta as well as gamma chains are essential for the GTPase activity, for replacement of GDP by GTP, and also for G protein-effector interaction.GNG12 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 92 amino acids (1-69 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 10.1kDa. GNG12 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
