ESM1 Human, SF9
Source: Sf9, Baculovirus cells.Sterile Filtered clear solution.ESM1, also knows as, Endothelial cell-specific molecule 1 is a protein encoded by a gene called ESM1 in humans. ESM1 is a secreted protein that is highly expressed in human kidney and lung tissues (in the endothelial cells) . There are suggestions regarding the proteinâ€TMs involvement in endothelium-dependent pathological diseases, due to his regulation that is performed by cytokines.ESM1 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 174 amino acids (20-184a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 19.2kDa. (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 18-28kDa) . ESM1 is expressed with a 9 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
