CEACAM6 Human
Source: Sf9, Baculovirus cells.Sterile Filtered clear solution.Carcinoembryonic Antigen-Related Cell Adhesion Molecule 6 (CEACAM6) is a part of the human carcino-embryonic antigen (CEA) family. CEACAM6 belongs to the glycosylphosphatidylinositol-linked immunoglobulin superfamily which is involved in various human cancers. CEACAM6 is linked to the progression of pancreatic cancer.CEACAM6 Human Recombinant produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 297 amino acids (35-320) and having a molecular mass of 32.6kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 40-57kDa) .CEACAM6 is fused to 6 amino acid His-Tag at C-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
