CD320 Human
Source: Sf9, Baculovirus cells.Sterile Filtered colorless solution.CD320 is a part of the low-density lipoprotein receptor family, having 2 low-density lipoprotein receptor type A domains divided by a complement-like cysteine-rich region. CD320 participates in cobalamin uptake and internalizes the complex by endocytosis. CD320 is also plays a role as costimulator to promote B cell and follicular dendritic cells responses. CD320 is also known to augment the proliferation of PC precursors generated by IL-10. CD320 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 438 amino acids (31-229a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 47.4kDa. (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 57-70kDa) . CD320 is expressed with a 239 amino acid hIgG-His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
