CD80 Mouse
Source: Sf9, Baculovirus cells.Sterile Filtered colorless solution. The B-lymphocyte activation antigen B7-1 provides regulatory signals for T lymphocytes as a consequence of binding to the CD28 and CTLA4 ligands of T cells CD-80 is involved in the costimulatory signal essential for t- lymphocyte activation. t-cell proliferation and cytokine production is induced by the binding of cd28 or ctla-4 to this receptor.CD80 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 216 amino acids (37-246 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 24.7kDa (Migrates at 28-40kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions) . CD80 is expressed with a 6 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
