CD5L Mouse
Source: Sf9, Insect cells.Sterile filtered colorless solution.CD5 antigen-like (CD5L) participates in the regulation of the immune system. CD5L functions as an inhibitor of apoptosis. CD5L is expressed in the spleen, lymph node, thymus and bone marrow.CD5L produced in Sf9 Insect cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 339 amino acids (22-352a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 37.6 kDa. (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 40-57kDa) .CD5L is expressed with an 8 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
