ANG Human, Sf9
Source: Sf9, Baculovirus cells.Sterile Filtered colorless solution.Angiogenin (ANG) is a part of the RNase A family. ANG is an extremely effective mediator of new blood vessel formation. ANG Cleaves tRNA within anticodon loops in order to produce tRNA-derived stress-induced fragments (tiRNAs) that inhibit protein synthesis and trigger the assembly of stress granules. ANG is also stimulates ribosomal RNA synthesis. The interaction with RNH1 in vivo regulates the Angiogenic activity.ANG produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 132 amino acids (25-147a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 15.2kDa. (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 13.5-18kDa) .ANG is fused to a 9 amino acid His-Tag at C-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
