Anaplasma Msp5
Source: Sf9 insect cells. Sterile Filtered solution. The granulocytic anaplasmosis disease is initiated by the Gram-negative bacterium Anaplasma phagocytophilum. Anaplasma Msp5 is preserved among the Anaplasma classes and expressed in the salivary glands of infected ticks. Recombinant Anaplasma Msp5 produced in SF9 is a glycosylated, polypeptide chain having a calculated molecular mass of 22kDa. Anaplasma Msp5 is expressed with a -6x His tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
