Recombinant Cynomolgus ROR1 (C-His)
Source : Human 293 Cells; ROR1, also known as neurotrophic tyrosine kinase receptor-related 1 (NTRKR1), is a type I transmembrane protein that belongs to the ROR family within receptor tyrosine kinases superfamily. ROR1 is expressed at high levels during early embryonic development. Isoform Short is highly expressed in fetal and adult CNS and various human cancers, including those originating from CNS or PNS neuroectoderm. ROR1 is found to play important roles in developmental morphogenesis by acting as receptors or co-receptors to regulate Wnt5a-induced signaling. ROR1 could interact with casein kinase 1 epsilon to activate phosphoinositide 3-kinase-mediated AKT phosphorylation and cAMP-response-element-binding protein, which links to enhanced tumor-cell growth.
