Recombinant Cynomolgus OX40L/TNFSF4 (N-His)
Source : Human 293 Cells; OX40L, also known as CD252 is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein that is a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family. OX40L is expressed on the surface of activated B cells, T cells, dendritic cells, and endothelial cells. It is an essential co-stimulatory molecule that plays an important role in the regulation of T-cell-mediated immunity. OX40L might play a role in T cell antigen-presenting cell (APC) interactions. In surface Ig- and CD4-stimulated B cells, this cytokine along with CD7 has been shown to provide CD28-independent costimulatory signals to T cells. The interaction of OX40 and OX40L on activated T cells in situ in tumors has been found to facilitate immune responses and subsequent tumor regression.
