Recombinant Human Thymidylate Kinase/DTYMK (N-His)
Source : E. coli; Thymidylate kinase (DTYMK) is a member of the thymidylate kinase family. It is ubiquitously expressed in the liver and other tissues. DTYMK plays an essential role in dTTP synthesis pathway for DNA synthesis. It is involved in the pyrimidine metabolism and dTTP biosynthesis pathway. DTYMK catalyzes the conversion of dTMP to dTDP.
