Recombinant Human CD200R1 (C-His)
Source : Human 293 Cells; Cell surface glycoprotein CD200 receptor 1 (CD200R1) is a transmembrane protein that belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily. CD200R1 is the inhibitory receptor for CD200 (OX-2) and is expressed in myeloid cells and CD4+ T-cells. The activation of CD200R1 regulates the expression of pro-inflammatory molecules including TNF-alpha, interferons, and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in response to selected stimuli and thus limit the inflammation.
