DMT-dI (5'-O-DMT-dI) is a deoxyribonucleoside containing a hypoxanthine base. DMT-dI can be used to prepare convertible nucleoside derivatives to prepare modified oligonucleotides complementary to target genes for gene editing. DMT-dI can be used to study various conditions, disorders or diseases modified by adenosine[1].
