Recombinant Human DCBLD2/ESDN (C-6His)

Source: Human Cells. MW :52.2kD. Recombinant Human DCBLD2 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Gln67-Ala528 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Discoidin, CUB and LCCL domain-containing protein 2 (DCBLD2) is a protein contains 1 CUB domain, 1 F5/8 type C domain, 1 LCCL domain. DCBLD2 is Highly expressed in testis, heart, skeletal muscle and also in cultured vascular smooth muscle cells. Model organisms have been used in the study of DCBLD2 function. Male and female animals underwent a standardized phenotypic screen to determine the effects of deletion. Additional screens performed: In-depth immunological phenotyping.
