Source: Human Cells. MW :25.5kD. Recombinant Human VSTM2A is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Ser24-Phe243 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. VSTM2A, also called VSTM2, is short for V-set and transmembrane domain-containing protein 2A. It is a 236 aa. protein which can be departed into two parts. The first 24 aa. is a signal peptide, and the last is a V-set and transmembrane domain-containing protein 2A. There is a natural variant location which is E84K.
