Recombinant Human Zinc Finger Protein 70/ZNF70 (N-6His)
Source: E.coli. MW :53kD. Recombinant Human Zinc Finger Protein 70 is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Leu446 is expressed with a 6His tag at the N-terminus. Zinc Finger Protein 70 (ZNF70) is a member of the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. ZFN70 is localized to the cell nucleus and contains eleven C2H2-type zinc fingers. ZFN70 has sequence-specific DNA binding transcription factor activity, and it may be involved in transcriptional regulation. In addition, ZFN70 has the DNA-binding and metal-binding activity, which can bind zinc ion.
