Recombinant Human Phosphatidylinositol Transfer Protein a Isoform/PITPNA (N-6His)
Source: E.coli. MW :34kD. Recombinant Human PITPNA is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Asp270 is expressed with a 6His tag at the N-terminus. Phosphatidylinositol Transfer Protein a Isoform (PITPNA) is found in the cytoplasm and belongs to the PtdIns transfer protein family. PITPNA is a ubiquitous and highly conserved protein in multicellular eukaryotes that catalyzes the exchange of phospholipids between membranes and participates in cellular phospholipid metabolism, signal transduction and vesicular trafficking in vivo. It is expressed in a wide range of tissues and implicated in phospholipase C signaling and in the production of phosphatidylinositol 3, 4, 5-trisphosphate (PIP3) by phosphoinositide-3-kinase.
