Recombinant Human GM-CSF/CSF2 (C-6His, Human Cells)
Source: Human Cells. MW :15.5kD. Recombinant Human Granulocyte-Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factor is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Ala18-Glu144 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor is also known as Colony-stimulating factor, CSF, Molgramostin and Sargramostim. In humans, it is encoded by the CSF2 gene. It belongs to the GM-CSF family. Granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor is a cytokine that stimulates the growth and differentiation of hematopoietic precursor cells from various lineages, including granulocytes, macrophages, eosinophils and erythrocytes.
