Recombinant Mouse SLAM Family Member 9/SLAMF9/CD2F-10 (C-6His)
Source: Human Cells. MW :24.7kD. Recombinant Mouse SLAMF9 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Phe18-Leu230 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Mouse SLAM family member 9 (Slamf9) is a single-pass type I membrane protein. The SLAMF9 gene encodes a member of the signaling lymphocytic activation molecule family. The encoded protein is a cell surface molecule that consists of two extracellular immunoglobulin domains, a transmembrane domain and a short cytoplasmic tail that lacks the signal transduction motifs found in other family members. The slamf9 protein may play a role in the immune response.
