Recombinant Human MOB-Like Protein Phocein/MOB4/MOBKL3 (N-6His)

Source: E.coli. MW :28.2kD. Recombinant Human MOB-Like Protein Phocein is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Ala225 is expressed with a 6His tag at the N-terminus. MOB-Like Protein Phocein is a member of the MOB1/Phocein Family. MOB-Like Protein Phocein is associated with membranes and the Golgi stacks. It is present in the cytosol, where it behaves as a protein complex. It has been shown that MOB-Like Protein Phocein interacts with DNM1, EPS15 and Nucleoside Diphosphate Kinase. MOB-Like Protein Phocein is the major partner of Striatin Family members and may play a important role in membrane trafficking, specifically in membrane budding reactions.

Applications Notes

Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in ddH2O. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles. Endotoxin : Less than 0.1 ng/μg (1 IEU/μg) as determined by LAL test.
