Recombinant Human a-Soluble NSF Attachment Protein/SNAP-a/NAPA (N-6His)
Source: E.coli. MW :35.4kD. Recombinant Human SNAP-alpha is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Arg295 is expressed with a 6His tag at the N-terminus. a-Soluble NSF Attachment Protein (SNAP-a) is a member of the SNAP (Soluble NSF Attachment Protein) family. SNAP-a interacts with PRKCABP and disrupts the interaction between GRIA2 and PRKCABP, leading to the internalization of GRIA2. SNAP-a is required for vesicular transport between the endoplasmic reticulum and the Golgi apparatus. SNAP-a is in charge of the binding of NSF and therefore the formation of a 20S fusion particle.
