Recombinant Human cAMP-dependent Protein Kinase Inhibitor beta/PKI- beta (N-6His)
Source: E.coli. MW :10.6kD. Recombinant Human PKI-beta is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Lys78 is expressed with a 6His tag at the N-terminus. cAMP-Dependent Protein Kinase Inhibitor beta (PKI- beta) is a member of the PKI family. It has been shown that PKI- beta is an extremely potent competitive inhibitor of cAMP-dependent protein kinase activity; this protein interacts with the catalytic subunit of the enzyme after the cAMP-induced dissociation of its regulatory chains.
