Recombinant Human Sentrin-Specific Protease 8/SENP8 (N-6His)
Source: E.coli. MW :26.24kD. Recombinant Human Sentrin-Specific Protease 8 is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Lys212 is expressed with a 6His tag at the N-terminus. Sentrin-Specific Protease 8 (SENP8) mediates the reversible covalent modification of proteins by NEDD8. SENP8 catalyzes the full-length NEDD8 to generate its mature form and deconjugation of NEDD8 from targeted proteins such as CUL2 , CUL4A in vivo, or p53. but it does not show activity against ubiquitin or SUMO proteins.
