Recombinant Human DNA Polymerase beta (C-6His)
Source: E.coli. MW :39.23kD. Recombinant Human DNA Polymerase beta is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Ser2-Glu335 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Human DNA polymerase beta is constitutively expressed in cells. It fills in gaps in DNA that are formed following base excision repair. The activity cannot be affected by Aphidicolin, which is an inhibitor of DNA polymerase beta.
