PKM2 Mouse
Source: Escherichia Coli.Sterile Filtered clear solution.Pyruvate kinase is a key enzyme in the glycolytic pathway. The M2 isoenzyme of pyruvate kinase is specifically expressed at high levels in tumor cells, and can be measured in plasma of patients with advanced breast cancer. The marker is useful for measuring disease activity, sensitivity to chemotherapy and recurrence.PKM2 Mouse Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 554 amino acids (1-531 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 60.2kDa. PKM2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
