PRSS7 catalyzes the conversion of trypsinogen to trypsin which in turn activates other proenzymes including chymotrypsinogen, procarboxypeptidases, as well as proelastases.PRSS7 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 237 amino acids (785-1019 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 26.4kDa. The PRSS7 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
