PRSS7 Human
Source: Escherichia Coli.Sterile filtered colorless solution.Protease Serine 7, also known as PRSS7, is in charge of initiating the activation of pancreatic proteolytic proenzymes such as trypsin, chymotrypsin and carboxypeptidase A. PRSS7 catalyzes the conversion of trypsinogen to trypsin which in turn activates other proenzymes including chymotrypsinogen, procarboxypeptidases, as well as proelastases.PRSS7 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 237 amino acids (785-1019 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 26.4kDa. The PRSS7 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
