Furthermore, down regulation of GSTP2 induces an increase of oxidative damage in the pyramidal cells of the CA1&CA3 regions as well as in the granular layer of the dentate gyrus, which at the end leads to structural and functional damage.GSTP2 Mouse Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 233 amino acids (1-210 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 25.9kDa. GSTP2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Storage Conditions
