Cyclophilin B Mouse
Source: Escherichia Coli.Sterile filtered colorless solution.Cyclophilin B (also known as PPIB, peptidylpropyl isomerase B) is a cyclosporine-binding protein and is mainly located within the endoplasmic reticulum. It is associated with the secretory pathway and released in biological fluids. This protein can bind to cells derived from T- and B-lymphocytes, and may regulate cyclosporine A-mediated immunosuppression.Cyclophilin B Mouse Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 207 amino acids (34-216 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 22.7kDa.Cyclophilin B is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
