TNFRSF8 igG-His Human
Source: Sf9, Baculovirus cells.Sterile Filtered colorless solution.Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 8 (TNFRSF8) is a receptor for TNFSF8/CD30L. TNFRSF8 has a role in the regulation of cellular growth and transformation of activated lymphoblasts. In addition, the TNFRSF8 protein regulates gene expression via activation of NF-kappa-B. TNFRSF8 being a regulator of apoptosis, induces cell death or proliferation, depending on the cell type.TNFRSF8 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 613 amino acids (19-379 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 66.7kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 25-100kDa) . TNFRSF8 is expressed with a 252 amino acid hIgG-His-tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
