NOV takes part in reducing tumorgenicity and proliferation of certain cancer cell lines. NOV interacts with numerous proteins and is involved in both internal and external cell signaling. NOV is expressed in particular tumors, including Wilmâ€TMs tumor and most nephroblastomas and is also exerts proangiogenic activities.NOV Human Recombinant produced in HEK293 cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain (a.a 33-357) containing 331 amino acids including a 6 a.a C-terminal His tag. The total molecular mass is 36.5kDa (calculated) .
