M CSF Human, Sf9 His
Source: Sf9, Insect cells.Sterile filtered colorless solution.Granulocyte/Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factors are cytokines that act in hematopoiesis by controlling the production, differentiation, and function of 2 related white cell populations of the blood, the granulocytes and the monocytes-macrophages. MCSF induces cells of the monocyte/macrophage lineage. MCSF plays a role in immunological defenses, bone metabolism, lipoproteins clearance, fertility and pregnancy.MCSF produced in Sf9 Insect cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 231 amino acids (33-255 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 26.1kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 28-40kDa) .MCSF is expressed with an 8 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
