IL-1 Alpha Rat, His Active
Source: E.coli.Sterile Filtered colorless solution.IL-1 alpha is produced by activated macrophages.IL-1 alpha stimulates thymocyte proliferation by inducing il-2 release, b-cell maturation and proliferation, and fibroblast growth factor activity. IL1A proteins take part in the inflammatory response, being identified as endogenous pyrogens, and stimulate the release of prostaglandin and collagenase from synovial cells.IL1A Rat Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 179 amino acids (115-270 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 20.2kDa.IL1A is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
