IFNAR1 Human
Source: Sf9, Insect cells.Sterile filtered colorless solution.Interferon Alpha And Beta Receptor or IFNAR1, is part of the class II cytokine receptor family. IFNAR1 forms one of the two chains of a receptor for interferons alpha and beta. IFNAR1 binds and activates the receptor that stimulates Janus protein kinases, which then phosphorylate few proteins, including STAT1 & STAT2. Furthermore, IFNAR1 also acts as an antiviral factor.IFNAR1 produced in Sf9 Insect cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 415 amino acids (28-436a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 47.9kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 57-70kDa) . IFNAR1 is expressed with a 6 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
