FGF20 is expressed a various cells, including dopaminergic neurons, fibroblasts, keratinocytes and breast epithelium, and numerous sites in the fetus.FGF20 Human Recombinant (1-211) produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 217 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 24kDa.The FGF-20 is fused to a 6 amino acid His tag [HHHHHH] at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Storage Conditions

Lyophilized FGF20 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution FGF-20 should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C.For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
